COVID-19 Clinic Updates
Updated May 8
Starting May 11:
· All patients entering Northern Dental Access Center will be required to wear a face mask or cloth covering and will need to respond to questions regarding any COVID-type symptoms and submit to having their temperatures taken upon entry.
· No visitors will be allowed to accompany patients, except in the case of a caregiver for vulnerable adult or minor.
· Patients may be asked to wait in their cars until they are called back for their treatment.
· Certain dental procedures are still unallowable under the current COVID restrictions; some treatment plans might not be completed during this time. Addressing pain, infection, injury and swelling—remain our top priorities.
Governor Walz’ recent executive order that allows for dental offices to open on May 11 includes safeguards and requirements that will continue to limit number of patients we can serve. It will also take time to develop a phased opening plan that is safe for patients and staff.
The coming weeks and months will be challenging, but we are working hard to make sure your dental needs are met. If you are experiencing pain, swelling, injury or infection, please call our offices and you will receive further instructions. Leave a message if our lines are busy; we will return calls as soon as possible.
If you have questions about upcoming appointments that were made before the COVID situation, feel free to call us or email email@example.com
